Final offer location question

Hey everyone. I had a question regarding the final offer. I’m wondering do they offer all available locations? Or just locations in the AOR you chose on the initial application? I see I chose the same AOR twice on my application. Some life circumstances happened and I now may be leaving my home state. The AOR I want now is Florida, I believe the official AOR is Miami. I really do not want Miami though. I am very interested in Stuart, FL as that would be very close to my family members who live there. I saw this location was being offered within this year. Does anyone know if it is a possibility to be offered different locations not in the AOR you initially selected?
