So I stretch really intensely...

And it feels soooooo good 🥴🙃

I do it throughout the night in bed and when I wake up in the morning still in bed. It literally feels like I could pull the top half apart from the bottom half by stretching my arms up and my legs down as far as they can go (but in a good way that feels amazing). Sometimes when I'm stretching my legs down like that in bed I almost cause a calf cramp. If I'm sitting in a chair I will do the same thing, interlocking my fingers and bringing my arms up, my shoulders almost go in and I pull up as high as I can go. It feels amazing, but I can get lightheaded and feel like I could pass out. I know...I'm judging myself already.

I know this can't be good for my body. So why does it feel so damn good? What do I do?
