What OS is your go to ?

Hey all,

Currently I’m using windows 11 for my Plex server and file server I use with my Mac OS pc. But I’m looking at trying something different.

I have used Ubuntu before and a few other Linux operating system before.

Things I want to do is plex and a file server that I can easily access on my I Mac (use it for my business), spin up vm and I guess just your normal home server stuff.

Pretty keen to try something different as tbh windows is just a pain sometimes with it crashing and using it as a file server on Mac OS been generally buggy at best.
