Running CAT6 throughout my house. What’s the best way to hire for this?

So I’m in the process of moving my office so the kids can have their own room and now I need to move all the CAT5 runs I have (I ran these myself 10 years ago) to replace them with CAT6 and move them to the basement instead of upstairs. In the process of planning this out I realize, I’m tool old to be crawling around in crawl spaces and attics to recable my whole house again LOL.

So now I’m thinking about hiring someone to do it… how do you find a reputable company to do this? Is it typically electricians or is there another trade that I should be looking for?
