Starting Wages?

What’s your stores starting wages? I was talking with someone that applied to a store not far from my store and there was almost a $2.00 per hour difference in starting pay. I was wondering is there really that big of a difference from store to store? He applied as a cashier and I think he said he would be starting at $15.00ish per hour.
