What if the confederacy won the battle of Gettysburg and Vicksburg on the same day instead of losing?

The confederacy did an all out attack on the first day instead of waiting and routed the Union army. Lee then escaped backed to safe territory after his crushing victory on Union soil. The Confederacy also somehow found itself enough forces to relieve the siege of Vicksburg, driving the Union army onto the banks of the Mississippi to be annihilated. It’s fairly obvious the South could never win a long war with the north but you have to think these two defeats would completely demoralize the north, make them reconsider the war or at least cause a crisis in leadership.
