The Sick Man of Europe (Ottoman Empire) versus Europe's tallest dwarf (Austria-Hungarian Empire) go to war in 1914.

Both countries can cross all countries in between them freely, though these countries stay completely neutral.

WW1 does not happen. Outside forces are not allowed to intervene. Both countries are convinced they must militarily defeat and occupy the other for their continued existence.

Who would win this ultimate war between Europe's 2 most incompetent Empires?
