What is a gun you have a love / hate relationship with
What is a gun you love and hate at the same time? For me its the Jar-5 Dominator. Its probably the most satasfying gun to use for me but it sucks. Now im not saying its particularly bad and i have used it to some decent success on the bots front. I also highly suggest people use it there as well as its more interesting than the crossbow or other weapons at least (but not better) However its got a lot of drawbacks to very little postives. Its slow firing low ammo count, medium range, high recoil, low bullet velocity, horrendous ergonomics and all you get is some ok single target damage. Heck ive even had half of its rounds deflect off of enemies in really important moments Im happy with the damage but i feel like it just needs something more. Slightly explosive rounds that could potentially stun enemies that are very close to impact? maybe lower the ammo count and make it heavy penetration? Add bullet penetration would also make it really unique. Heavy Pen and bullet penetration would be insanely fun. Like it can damage heavy units and its bullets can penetrate multiple light enemies or like 2 medium enemies. But at the moment the crossbow, eruptor, scorcher and purifier and most medium pen weapons all perform better than it in virtually every scenario.
Honourable mention to the eruptor that got killed by the crossbow. The larger explosion radius doesnt make up for the fact that its bullets have limited range and the much lower damage.
