Hot Thunder tips?

My god. I did my first hot thunder class today and I can’t tell if I’m doing it wrong or if I’m really that weak 😂

I couldn’t do anything but slowly row with a lot of breaks.

Also, and unrelated, anyone else wish they called the classes what they are instead of these branded names? I’m new and I haven’t been able to keep hot thunder/blast/warrior straight. Or are these common names in the gym world?
