Equipment help (returning player)

Hi, I played guardian tales when Marina was just released. I'm not very familiar with modifying equipment. In the picture attached, can you help me figure out how to change the Heal stat in this equipment? I want to change it because Frieren doesn't have healing abilities. Or does she? Please correct me if I am wrong.
