Glock COA - questions for owners

Question for anyone who already owns a Glock COA (got a “back in stock alert” this morning and pulled the trigger before it was sold out again)

1) is the COA torqued down to spec/ loctite’d or do you need to verify torque yourself and properly tighten down ? 2) is the COA factory sighted = spot on - or - merely sighted to get you on paper but any fine adjustment you need to do yourself ? 3) how is build quality/ fit/ finish of your COA ? 4) what battery does the COA come with? No-name bargain chunk like SIG Romeo X or a brand name battery ?
