34 weeks and numbers are getting better?
I was 34 weeks yesterday. I struggled with fasting numbers mostly. Every morning I would get up, need to drink a glass of water and wait for the fight or flight response from my alarm to wear off and end up 90-95. I added a protein drink to my bedtime snack and after 2 days my fasting numbers were in the upper 80s and one upper 70s without drinking or waiting. Whats weird is my after meal numbers have also decreased by about 10-20 points. I have an appointment tomorrow. Is this something that I should be worried enough to discuss now or am I completely over reacting?
