Where’s my 1mill at 😭😭

I played Gta5 on console for like 5 years but then I recently got a pc so I had to buy it again, I bought the version that comes with the criminal enterprise starter pack. I got all the buildings and cars but I don’t have my 1 million dollars. When I bought the criminal enterprise pack on console I think my money came in 1-2 days but now It’s been 10 days which is the last day of the expected time for the money to be in your account. Should I contact rockstar? Is there a manual way to get my 1 mill?
