Best Sunday Brunch Places?

Im new to town so I don’t know many restaurants. 22 year old looking to celebrate a birthday brunch with my girls! Someplace to dress up(wearing heels) , have nice drinks, and good food. Ideally some place where one person won’t spend over $45 per person?

Edit: not really looking for a mellow spot but ideally some place where there’s a youthful vibe/music and modern looking. I plan to take lots of photos.
