Nail place recs -- specifically places/people that care about your nails and are careful with gel/dip removal?

Been looking for a good spot for gel, dip or GelX nails (I vary between), and the last few places I went all drill down pretty harshly on my nails when removing, my nails turned to flakes. Looking for a place that does a great manicure and conscious removal 🙏
