My little brother ruined my art gcse sketchbook

I'm really panicking, my little brother spilled hot chocolate all over my OPEN sketchbook. My parents are really weirdly calm, it's as if they don't even care. I have absolutely no clue what to do or what to tell my teachers. What do I actually do from here?? any help would be appreciated thanks 😭
