Questions for everyone

We've gotten some hate for aftercare once again, and while we can debate about whether it's good or not all day, it gets annoying fast. Therefore, we have a few questions for you.

These three are the biggest things that became discussion over the course of yesterday/last night, so if you have answers to them, feel free to give some. 1. If you were a mod, what would you change? 2. How would you prevent fascists from coming in? 3. What would you do with aftercare if anything and why?

Keep in mind, this is not for mod apps, especially for anyone who's aggressive or dislikes how we run things, although we won't turn down good applications. This is mainly to see what people who dislike aftercare think and what their suggestions are. And if you like aftercare and still want to answer, feel free. More feedback would be good.
