Not sure what to feed my 9 mo old frenchie
I could use some advice on feeding my Frenchie. Here’s the situation:
I was feeding her Spot and Tango for a long time, and she absolutely loved it—she’d chow it down in 2 seconds!
Around 2 months ago, some changes in our living situation caused her to develop stress colitis. She stopped eating Spot and Tango with the same enthusiasm, and started having really bad poops.
The vet prescribed anti-diahreal medicine that didn’t work, so we switched her to a high-fiber adult food. That resolved the issue, and now the vet suggests I move her back to what worked before (like Spot and Tango).
I’m hesitant to switch back because I’ve been reading about puppy food vs. “all life stages” food like Spot and Tango, and I’m worried she should still be on a puppy-specific formula for the next 3–4 months.
Does anyone have advice or food recommendations for Frenchie puppies? Should I try Spot and Tango again? Farmer’s Dog? I’m open to buying pretty much anything, but I don’t want to cook her food myself.
