We did it!
Long time lurker over here! We’re 26 and 29 and have 3 awesome kiddos so we’re so happy for them to have lots of space to run around! We started looking at houses on Father’s day Weekend. My best friend found our mortgage broker on reddit who made our journey so smooth and incredible! We went under contract 4th of July week and closed August 7th! Everything was so easy. Between the lender, realtor and just our team it was awesome. Awesome experience as a FTHB! We bought at exact asking price of $379k for a 4 bd 2 full bath ranch style home on a little more than half an acre in Jersey! So excited for this new journey!
