New feral cat is fighting the strays.

Long story short. A feral w an ear tip showed up the other day and it’s now fighting the local strays I’ve been feeding for about 3 years now. One of them is almost completely gone and it’s blind in one eye. I bring him inside the garage every night when it hits the low 20’s. He’s nowhere to be found. What can I do? I already stop putting food outside.
