I am at my wits end with Fedex
I have not received my packages for over a week now. They have attempted delivery SEVEN times now. Each day it says it's been scanned and placed on vehicle for delivery yet nothing arrives.
01/16 - packages were on vehicle for delivery. Driver marked street number incorrect. No delivery.
01/17 - on vehicle for delivery. SAW THE FEDEX TRUCK DRIVE PASS MY HOUSE. Driver marked incorrect street name. No delivery.
01/18 - on vehicle for delivery. No attempt made and package was not scanned again until Monday morning.
01/20 - on vehicle for delivery. Called fedex support. Filed a complaint. Support ensured that it would be delivered by end of day. NO DELIVERY ATTEMPT WAS MADE.
01/21 - local fedex facility called me and apologized. Caller told me that the manager was informed about this and that the driver will deliver my packages by the end of the day. I SAW THE DRIVER DRIVE PASS MY HOUSE. NO DELIEVERY ATTEMPT WAS MADE. Scheduled for next business day.
01/23 - local fedex facility calls me and asks if the delivery address was correct. I say yes and tell them that they were able to deliver two packages to my house two weeks ago. Tells me that the driver says the address is incorrect. I verify the address and the lady tells me that they can try delivering it tomorrow or I can come pick it up. I tell her I'm picking it up, but only half of my packages were being held. The other half are on a truck for delivery??? Wtf??? Customer support told me to call again if the other packages weren't delivered by 3. Called at 4. Got the same stupid response of, "the packages are saying they'll be delivered by the end of the day. Please call us back again tomorrow if you haven't received them." Guess what?? NO DELIVERY ATTEMPT WAS MADE. Also spoke to a supervisor in person when I picked up my held packages. He said the travel history looked sketchy and that the driver has probably been lying about the invalid address as to not get points counted towards him. Told me he would speak to the driver and look into it.
1/24 - on vehicle for delivery. Different driver today. I am not expecting the packages to be delivered.
Question is: What do i do about this? I cannot modify some of the packages due to shipper restrictions. And fedex keeps saying my address is invalid, even though the local facility confirmed it was valid and they have been able to deliver in the past with no issues, so I can't add delivery instructions. The address is a new construction, but we've been able to get our packages with little to no issue. This time is a joke. Seven delivery attempts and they still can't deliver them? What can I do? I've called fedex support, the local fedex facility and I talked to a manager in person when I went to pick up the held packages. For some reason they won't hold the other packages and they keep getting put on the truck. I don't know what to do. I am getting so frustrated by this.
