How to get mods for fear & Hunger

I want a mod that'll fix bugs with things like the mirage enki fight or ragnvoldr infected with the flower thing fight. I also heard there was a bunch of cut content of character interaction and I'd like a mod to put them in the game. I'm pretty sure these mods exist but I don't know how to go about get them. How do I get them?
