Game Pass FO4 Remaster

So I already had fallout 4 installed and now it's saying its next gen but I don't trust it, does anyone know if it will just update or will the remaster be a different game, I don't want to reinstall if I don't have to my internets extremely sloe. Thank you hope your all well
