um?

this is my highschool girlfriend for 2 years, we broke up before college because of distance and her disrespecting my boundaries, the relationship was very healthy overall but the break up was very messy as she was just cold and rude towards me and didnt even show emotion. she said “maybe this is whats best for us” and when we met to exchange everything for the last time she never shed a single tear while i was sobbing hysterically. she told me the truth about how she lost feelings a while before we officially broke up and just stayed with me because it was convenient. we’re eachothers first loves and i know she has a lot of trauma which ive always been patient about but im not sure how to feel about this since we’ve been no contact since june 2023
