Is this character ugly?

My friend was watching me play and said something along the lines of “yo why do you make all your characters so ugly?”

I don’t think Shauna (the girl in the pic) is particularly ugly. She’s got thick eyebrows, puffy cheeks and a thick nose — but she’s an average high school kid, you know? And not a particularly “cool” or “popular” one at that. I’m 21 now, and I was definitely not a beauty queen at that age lol. I like making characters that look realistic, like people you could see out in public IRL.
