Managing Lockdown Drill - Help

The class I’m currently student teaching at is considered and open classroom. This means that students with exceptionalities and students without share the same classroom. When I was speaking with my mentor, the topic of fire/shooting drills came up. I asked her if there was a certain method she used to deal with a certain student who has difficulty keeping her voice at an appropriate level. Often disruptive despite when she is masked to keep her voice down. Unfortunately she does not, as this upcoming practice drill would be her first with this student.

Do any of you have experiences with students like this? Are there any tips or tricks you’ve discovered that helps them remain quiet? The chances of any of these drills becoming real are relatively low considering the area (knock on wood), but I believe it’s better to always be well-rounded for anything that may come. Any advice is appreciated.
