This happened shortly after making over 200 attempts on this boss

I've been fighting for 8 days for a total of 229 attempts. If anything, this clip just shows me that I'm definitely capable of beating this boss as I am. But it really hurt to see his defeat so close and yet so far this time.

IMO, the difference between me fighting (Prime) Radahn and fighting Malenia is that when I lose to Malenia I can see that it was my fault for poorly reading an attack and not reacting quickly\appropriately enough.

With Radahn it feels more like I'm losing because I was tricked into mis reading his attacks and instead it's my fault for not having plans B-Z running through my head on how to react to whichever combo (and whatever immediate follow up combo) he decides to throw together. Besides being able to dish out insane levels of damage, Radahn's combat AI is really advanced and makes me have to think and react 10x harder than most other bosses.

Everyone in the base game including Malenia have very programmed moves that can be telegraphed with relatively plenty of time to react. But Radahn feels like he can sometimes ignore those programmed combo paths and just mix and match it however he wants. Put that together with the fact that his aoe's require near perfect dodging, angles, spacing, and overall timing of these; it makes the fight initially feel impossible.

But I've beaten DeS, DS3, Bloodborne, Sekiro, and the base game of ER. So I know if I keep trying the stars will align and something will click before I'm standing victorious once again.

Thank you for coming to my TED talk.
