Is this deck a 3? People complained...

I had to choose a "bracket 3 deck" because my Main Deck is a 4 and it was too powerful for this pod ( they claimed their decks were 3) . I thought this was as close as a "3" a deck could be. But the opponents rolled their eyes multiple times during the match and said my cards were too powerful. I Really dont see it...

Either I'm completely off or the bracket 3 is just too generic of a definition. I feel like ppl play vastly different power decks in 3 and theres always someone complaining, but feel free to tell me why I'm the one wrong here and why.
