Disney Themed Campaign BBEG help

I'm running a new campaign for my wife and her friends (their first time playing) and they wanted to play Disney Princesses: Belle (artillery artificer), Ariel (glamour bard), Cinderella (archfey warlock), and Rapunzel (life cleric). I'm in the middle of writing the campaign when I came up with an idea - someone from Disney, a good guy, is bitter that they didn't make the cut to be an official Disney Princess (I found out that the official list was the four mentioned, Mulan, Raya, Snow White, Aurora, Moana, Tiana, Pocahontas, Jasmine, and Merida).

So my question is... who isn't on the list that would be within their personality to actually be jealous that they're not official? Originally I was thinking Mirabel from Encanto, and her and her whole family could be the villains. But it doesn't suit her to be a bad guy.

Also thought Elsa, but she's technically a queen... so maybe she doesn't count?

TL;DR - which "almost" Disney Princess would make a good villain because they're jealous of the official Princesses? TIA.

To clarify, yeah the ladies specifically wanted to keep it within Disney. I gladly agreed because I honestly don't have time to rewatch/read about too many movies. As much as having a Disney vs DreamWorks showdown sounds like a blast, that's like 30 movies of lore to consider lol.

I personally think Megara might be the best pick as the BBEG. Here's my thoughts:

After the events of the movie, Hercules suffered an accident that left him comatose. Not only does this trigger Megara's abandonment issues, she also feels guilty that this wouldn't have happened if Hercules chose immortality over her. Desperate to heal him, she finds out about "True Love's Kiss", a magic heal-all that only official princesses have. So she kidnaps King Mickey in an attempt to force him to make her a princess. Mickey refuses, saying that the position is reserved for those with the purest hearts (and the most monetization potential). Megara comes up with a plan - one that she learned from her time with Hades: if she kills her competition, then the mouse would HAVE to make her a princess. It might not make much sense to a rational person, but in her desperate mind, it's the only way.

I was thinking of making her a Necromancy Wizard (she stole a spellbook of the dead from Hades). She resurrects the dead villains of the heroes, as well as any characters she killed along the way. She maybe recruits some that are like minded - Melody and Tinkerbell sound like good fits (never watched the sequels to Little Mermaid so gotta get on that).
