Over-leveled players

How do people with maxed out teams end up in divs below 5? It ruins the game when I play a team that I genuinely can’t do a thing to. I can’t tackle the players because they are to weird with the AI, I can’t win a ball because they are all stronger than my team, I can’t defend because any shot turns into a top bins banger and I can’t score because my strikers lose the ball immediately. How do you end up losing with a team that good? Get into the divisions you belong spending tons of money and time and stop ruining the game for everyone else.
