how do i be as chill as bladee ?

i have anger issues and im a very anxious man. something that helps me with my anxiety is looking at bladee pictures , this man exudes an aura of pure calm and ease. any tips on how to be as chill as him ? he looks like he is the most peaceful being on earth. geniunely never seen someone as chill and detached as him. id really apreciate some tips to be atleast in the path of being as cool as him
