Can’t print label

I have to ship this package out today and for whatever reason every time I go to print the label, it prompts me to put in my number and declines it every time due to “connection issues”. I’ve never had this issue in the past printing labels and it’s never asked for my number. I’ve tried switching the internet on and off, tried different numbers, but nothing is working — has anyone else had this issue? I have to figure it out ASAP 😭
