Stay safe out there, things have gotten scary

White truck with tool cabinet in the bed spotted early this morning in Aubrey with noose on the trailer hitch.

I have a picture but it's not very good, camera didn't focus because it was before dawn. Will likely upload in an edit because reddit keeps erroring.

Edit: here's the picture I got, sorry my camera didn't focus right because it was so dark. I wish I could provide a license plate but hopefully this gives some idea of who to watch out for.
