Cult cash?

I was buying some shoes the other day and realized I wasn’t able to redeem my cult cash because I had less than 1,000? Has this always been a thing, or was it changed to be this way recently, or am I simply too dumb to figure out how to redeem what I have?? I swear you were able to redeem whatever you had even if it only gave you a couple dollars off. I’m just a little confused and wonder how long it’s been like this.
