Getting sued by Velocity Investments for $53K. Will they settle??
I noticed that Velocity Investments are going to be suing me for a personal I took out from Upstart Network for $53K. I was in a HORRIBLE place in 2019 and couldn't afford the payments so I stopped paying. It was sold to Velocity and last week I saw in the public records, them trying to serve me.
If I got in front of it and reached out to them, what would a lump sum amount be they they would consider based on the total amount? Or is it too late to try to contact Upstart and settle with them?
Any input would help.
