Killer Concept: The Miner/Harry Warden (first time killer concept, I'm not great with perk designs)

I will be discussing the power, one perk (can't think of others) and animations and SFX.

Killer name: The Miner
Actual name: Harry Warden

Killer Power: Light at the End of the Tunnel

There are 2 modes: Light Off/On mode.

In Light Off mode, Harry becomes undetectable, only having a heartbeat at 10 meters.

In Light On mode, Harry has a terror radius of 40 meters, and a heartbeat starting at 32 meters. When not in a chase, he moves 5% slower as well. If Survivors look at his headlamp for 3 seconds while in proximity to him, they will be blinded (like flashlight blind) for 2 seconds.

Special Ability: Miner's Gear

Just like Vecna, if you press the special ability button (ctrl or shift or whatever y'all have it set as) he can open a little menu that will show 3 weapons you can choose from.

Pickaxe, with Tier 3 Myers lunge range (no instadown) but longer cooldown time on hit and on miss

Knife, which has Tier 1 Myers lunge range, but shorter cooldown time and less damage (4 hits to down someone, 2 if they're injured)

Nailgun, which has the same range as Pyramid Head's ranged attack, but also takes 4 hits to down, and reloads after every shot

The perk I had in mind could be something like this:

Starcrossed Lovers:

If there are 2 survivors within 10 meters of range near each other for 30/25/15 seconds, their auras will be shown to the killer until they leave 10 meters, and will be shown for 3/5/8 seconds longer after they leave proximity (If too OP could be a Hex instead)

Animations: for the pickaxe, a hit will have The Miner hold his pickaxe at his side, and with his left hand reach behind him and take a human heart out, offer it to the survivor he hit, and put it back.

For the knife, he just wipes it on his arm, similar to feral frenzy Legion

For the nailgun, it's just a reload animation

Mori: He could have 3 different Moris, 1 for each weapon

For the pickaxe, the survivor gets up and turns around, where The Miner will uppercut the pickaxe into their jaw, and out the eye socket. He lifts them up, and then sets them down, and kicks them off the pickaxe, jaw flying off. He then slams the pickaxe into their chest, rips their heart out, and puts it into a candy box.

For the knife, the survivor crawls away, but The Miner sticks his knife into their leg, pulls them back, flips them over and rips the heart out, putting it into a candy box

For the nailgun, the survivor gets up and turns around (again), The Miner shines their headlamp into their eyes, where they try to cover them, and he shoots a nail point blank into the side of their head, where they stay up and look all dizzy, then he shoots them in the forehead, where the survivor turns around, walks a few feet, and falls over dead.

As for the SFX, he has a 5% chance of doing a muffled laugh after hitting someone, 10% chance of muffled laughing if he downs someone, and 100% chance of doing Axel's laugh from the ending of the original after a Mori.

As for special interactions with the survivor(s) that are added in the chapter, Sarah Palmer (maybe TJ Hanniger) to Sarah he will say "Sarah, be my bloody Valentine" if he Moris her, and if he Moris TJ, he goes "Hanniger, I'll be waiting in Hell for you!"

Also, for a chase theme it could incorporate the original's flashback music and also for the first layer maybe have Mine ambience to it

For skins, original would be default and 2009 would be a skin for him

Yes, it's a lot to read, but if you guys made it this far, what do y'all think of the concept? Also please tell me if it needs any changes.
