He broke up with me

He broke up with me because he’s scared we’ll have a dead bedroom and I’ll leave him in a year. It happened in his last relationship. We were together for 7 months and this all came pouring out of his mouth out of nowhere and now we are broken up. He won’t talk to me. He says there’s no one else but he needs to be single to figure out what’s wrong with him.

He then came over drunk and said it’s cause i need to lose weight. Then we broke up again.

I’m so hurt. It was a short relationship and a whirlwind. Our families met each other. Hes an alcoholic and does a lot of recreational drugs (weed, coke, adderrall, other pills etc). We are both 26.

Can someone please set my mind straight
