Goggles in windy, warmer weather

In honor of one of the windiest days of the year, I'm curious, do any of you wear goggles or full-wrap sunglasses to protect against wind? I've found that on windy days, my eyes dry up while riding. I imagine those of you who bike in the winter with ski goggles have comfortable eyes on cold, windy days, but I'm in search of a year-round solution and I'm guessing those are too warm for summer. That said, I'm still interested in any wintertime goggle experiences folks want to share.

I found a brand called Wynd Blocker goggle style sunglasses marketed towards motorcyclists that do help, but they're not perfect. On really windy days I need to tighten the strap, and after awhile the pressure hurts my face. Sometimes they fog up, however, this issue might be unavoidable.
