Finally got 300%

I know that this isn't that impressive to most on here, but I wanted to share my victory. I decided to start my 3rd playthrough about two weeks ago, and before then I had never played the DLC. I never thought I'd be able to beat Main and DLC on expert, as well as get all the achievements. (Mortimer Freeze, Esther Winchester, and Chef Saltbaker were all harder than most OG bosses, imo.) The Gauntlet was a pain but none more than Chef Saltbaker on expert mode. I guess I'm not really done.. I'll probably work through S ranks on everything... I'm playing on a Switch and there doesn't seem to be an achievement for getting all S ranks. Thanks for entertaining my post!
