Weight loss 2022 ram 2500

Looking for a good weight loss program for my 2022 ram. It’s rather heavy. Seen lots of options. But local shops are around 7500-11,000$. Seen kits for 6,000$. And have another shop offering a no ecm swap for $4,000. Please help!
