Do Crumbl's cookies sit a lot heavier in the stomach than most other cookies for anyone else?
I love Crumbl. The cookies are delicious. However, I simply can't eat whole cookies anymore in one sitting because of how heavy they sit in my stomach compared to other cookies. I was at a supermarket not too long ago and bought a handful of chocolate chip from the bakery, and they aren't 1/10th as good as Crumbl, but I was able to down two whole ones no problem. And the same if I bake cookies at home. Last time I ate one full Crumbl cookie in one sitting I was belching for hours and my stomach felt like I just ate a 5 course meal. That's why when I get them now I eat them a few bites at a time and then go back hours later and take a couple more bites.
I also wondered if maybe I have an intolerance to one of the ingredients? I looked at the nutritional facts on the website and nothing specific stood out.
Or maybe it's just simply because they're ultra dense and rich. I'm really not sure. But I wanted to know if this was just me or if other people have experienced this.
