The Reserve Bank of India has made it easier for people who use digital wallets like Paytm or prepaid cards to make payments. Earlier, wallet users could only pay through the wallet’s own app. Now, they can use popular UPI apps like PhonePe, Google Pay, and Paytm to send or receive money directly from their wallet. This change makes using wallets more convenient and flexible.
