Axis bank first day

Axis bank and their services are horrible. I got my card today and literally spent 2 hours on a Saturday figuring out how to activate my card and generate PIN. Their phone lines are all apparently barred for online banking (the ivr lady says so). Their app and web login services wont work properly. I was trying to setup an account first to login and their otp services wont deliver an otp. So I cant move forward. I am so frustrated right now. I am not sure how are they still competing in this cut throat market.
