PVR Kotak Platinum Credit Card

I'm a PVR Kotak Platinum card holder and have been enjoying the benefits for the past two years, particularly the ₹400 discount on PVR movie tickets when the ticket value is ₹400 or more. However, recently when I tried to redeem the code, it only showed a ₹300 discount instead of the usual ₹400.

Has anyone else faced the same issue recently? Any insights or solutions would be appreciated.
