UK or EU based suppliers?

Do they all just get the stuff from China anyway and sell.to resellers for a.mark up? Does everything always lead back to china for good price/quality ratio?

Or is there decent suppliers in Europe? They're definitely on the rise from what I'm seeing on insta and the likes
