Fatal Error when proclaming wealth

Hello, I am trying to do use the new Purge System but when ever and where ever I try to put down the coffer and proclaim wealth the game crashes for so reason and I don't understand why or how to fix it.

PS Fixed, thanks to Xevyr. The issue was the outdated MultiChar mod :)
