Help!!!

So it's my not so summer project that i am trying to build for my cv . I needed an opinion , if you were to study from a legal website or were like interested in knowing abt the laws like cyber etc etc that teens should be aware of would you want it to be in detail or would you want like imp info and a full doc of the laws attached there??
