Upload Speed Drops When Using Cloudflare

Hey everyone, I use Cloudflare a lot, and until today, my upload speed was consistent whether I was connected through it or not. Normally, I get around 40 Mbps for uploads, but starting today, my upload speed drops down to 9-10 Mbps whenever I connect through Cloudflare. If I disconnect, my upload speed goes right back to normal.

Has anyone else experienced this, or have any ideas on what might be causing it? Any help would be appreciated!
