First time living without my parents and feel very dirty

My parents house was never very clean anyways. My and my fiancé have lived in our first apartment since June, I keep up with laundry and vacuuming and dishes, and trash when its full but I've realized I don't clean much other than that. I realized I've literally never even cleaned the tub. I haven't kept up well with sweeping/mopping in our kitchen and bathroom either. Only vacuuming the carpet parts.

Can well seasoned apartment cleaners give me a list of sorts of the things you're supposed to clean, and if not an issue maybe even how frequently it's supposed to get done? I tried looking it up but everything was kinda vague?
