Should I use GPT Plus subscription for my content startup?

I have a mobile app for which I intend to use GPT to generate content.

It is not fact-based, and I disclose it already, so GenAI risk aspect is well-covered.

I already use GPT-4 API to create part of the content.

For the rest, I intend to use GPT Plus subscription as the interface is more convenient for that sort of content, IMO.

Legally, am I OK from a copyright standpoint as long as I include a disclaimer about GenAI usage in my TOS?

Also, how much of a risk using GPT Plus carries from prompt sharing standpoint? In other words: Are my prompts sharable in some way, compared to if I used them with GPT API?
